Q: Can I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Absolutely! COD is available for orders up to INR 2000, delivered to all serviceable PIN codes.
Q: What is the return/exchange process?
A: To initiate a return or exchange, please submit your request within 7 days of delivery. Our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days. Once we receive the item, we’ll reach out to confirm and process your request.
Please ensure all returned items are unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and are sent back with their original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days for metros and tier-I cities. For certain Pincode, delivery may take slightly longer. If your order is delayed, feel free to contact us support@marksmith.co.in

Q: IS THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?
We charge a shipping fee of INR 49/- on all COD orders. And free Delivery on all prepaid orders.

Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
A: While we strive for accuracy in every order, if you happen to receive an incorrect item, please visit our Returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request. We’ll ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

A: You can raise a return request within 5 days of the delivery date.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: After the reverse pickup, it typically takes 7–10 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Once the item passes our quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2-3 days
Q: Will promotions applied during the order affect my refund?
A: Please note that any promotions or discounts applied at the time of purchase will not be included in the refund amount when initiating a return. The refund will be processed based on the actual paid amount.
