    3.Reverse pickup is available, but excessive returns may incur a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100.
  • Reverse Pickup Details:
  • 1.Pickup attempts are made twice. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to ship the product(s) back to our address.
    2.Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code.

  • Product Condition Requirement:
  • 1.Items must be returned in their original condition. 2.Products that are worn, damaged, or in used condition are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Processing Timeframe:
  • 1.Returns are processed within 7 days, and refunds will reflect in your bank account accordingly.
  • Store Credit for COD Payments:
  • COD refunds will be issued as store credit, which you can redeem anytime.
  • Non-Refundable Credits & Charges:
  • 1.Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and only redeemable in our store.
    2.Shipping charges are non-refundable as well.
  • Order Cancellations:
  • 1.Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
